Shipping Policy:

DQ’s Corner prides itself on fast shipping. If you place an order before 12:00 pm PST (or PDT in summer), we will mail it the very same day.

You will only pay a small handling fee on all orders and shipping will be charged by weight and not by the value of your order.

In checkout you will have the choice of having your order shipped either USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post, for International customers USPS Express International or International Priority Mail. Depending on weight and size, you might not have all those options. A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you and all items will be shipped insured.

NEW: Starting in August 2012, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.00. This offer is only valid for orders that are shipped inside the US and is not available for international orders!

Return Policy:

If for some reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 7 days.

Please note, that the item needs to be in unused and new condition with all the tags attached. We will not accept returns after 7 days or if the item was used or the tags removed.

For returned items we will refund either the purchase price, give a store credit or exchange the item. Shipping charges won’t be refunded.

Please note, that if you paid with credit card, it might take up to 30 days before your credit card provider posts the refund on your account, although we refund promptly!

Please notify us immediately if you receive an item damaged. If we don’t hear from you right away, we have to assume the damage occurred while in your possession and therefore the item is not returnable.

Sales items are excluded from this return policy. Their sale is always final. No refund, no exchange or store credit possible.

If you return an item to us, we recommend that you mail it insured, as we can’t be responsible for loss or damage during transfer.
